Pangramme : learning type design

„Pangramme : learning type design“ presents a kaleidoscope of contemporary typeface designs by young designers from all over the world. An international jury selected 50 projects from 25 countries from a competition with about 200 submissions. The exhibition presents the typeface works, all unpublished (at the time of submission) designs by Type Design students from recent years. The complete archive with all submitted designs can also be seen. The show is complemented by a selection of books and guides on writing design since 1900.

„Pangramme : learning type design“ was curated and designed under the leadership of the German-French graphic designer Jérôme Knebusch together with students of typography class at the Kunsthochschule Metz (France).

Opening: Friday, 27. April 2018, 7 pm with a lecture by Jérôme Knebusch
